Doctors are now recommending mindfulness to help reduce problems such as depression, anxiety, stress and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Mindfulness is a non-judgemental approach.

Meg's Mindful Story
I first took an interest in Mindfulness in 2011. In 2014 I undertook a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course run by the Highland Council for employees in high stress level positions, as I work part time in a residential care home for young people. I found by establishing a daily Mindfulness practice my stress levels dropped considerably. This was a real eye-opener and a break-through as I had previously been quite a stress head.
Since completing the 8 week MBSR course I have been determined to spread the word and benefits of Mindfulness practice. In June 2016 I completed the Teacher Training Development Course accredited by the NHS & Highland Council. Then in October 2017 I set up my first Meg's Mindful Movement and Meditation Class which has been running successfully and has improved the well-being of multiple people - some feedback can be viewed at my reviews on facebook.
I now run multiple classes in different locations in and around Inverness, Loch Ness & The Highlands.
